What you need to know

Applications must fulfill and include the following information/requirements: General information • Name of the project • Country / region • Organization • Contact person • Project duration Project information Problem / project: What exactly is the problem that the project aims to solve? Project participants: Who are the direct beneficiaries of the project? Other partners: Which organization is implementing the project? Approach: How will the project be implemented? What exactly will be done? Who is involved etc.? What is your theory/strategy of change (theory of change)? Objectives: What is to be achieved overall? Outcomes: What are the expected outcomes that will contribute to achieving the objectives? Sustainability: How or who will ensure that the project services are maintained or that the desired benefits continue to be realized? Risks/assumptions: What are potential risks that could negatively impact the project? What are the assumptions that are relevant to the implementation of the project? Budget: Detailed budget items and total costs of the project including overhead costs -> attachment required. Further information Audit: Is the local implementation organization audited? If so, by whom and how often? -> Annual financial statements of the organization) about the last 3 years are required as an attachment. Monitoring: Who is responsible for monitoring the project? How, in what form and how often is this carried out? What is the monitoring tool? Evaluation: Is an internal or external evaluation of the project planned? Reporting: What is the form, content, and frequency of reporting to us? Does your organization work with a LogFrame? -> Please attach a logical framework Amount requested: What amount do you hope to receive from the Linsi Foundation? Other donations: Indicate what other donations you have requested and what commitments you currently have. We attach great importance to being able to understand the content and quality of our applications. We expect our applicants to fulfill this requirement. Nachhaltigkeit Wie bzw. wer stellt sicher, dass die Projektleistungen beibehalten bzw. der gewünschte Nutzen weiterhin erfolgt? Risiken/ Annahmen Was sind mögliche Risiken, die sich negativ auf das Projekt auswirken können? Was sind die Annahmen, die für die Umsetzung des Projekts relevant sind? Budget Detaillierte Budgetpositionen und Totalkosten des Projektes inkl. Ausweisung der Gemeinkosten -> Beilage erforderlich Weitere Informationen Revision Wird die lokale Implementierungsorganisation geprüft? Arbeitet Ihre Organisation mit einem LogFrame? -> Bitte fügen sie einen Logical Framework bei Beantragter Betrag Welchen Betrag erhoffen Sie sich von der Linsi Foundation Weitere Spenden Geben Sie an, welche weiteren Spenden Sie angefragt haben und welche Zusagen Sie zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt haben. Wir legen grossen Wert darauf das wir unsere Anträge inhaltlich, und in ihrer Qualität verstehen können. Von unseren Antragstellern erwarten wir das Sie diesen Anspruch erfüllen.

International Commitment: - Tackeling inequalities in India and East Africa - Support of education, economic development, health, water, food security, and social justice in target countries National Commitment: - Promote social integration of disadvantaged groups of people - Support cultural activities - Environmental and climate protection, promote sustainable practices Humanitarian Aid: - Provide emergency aid (food, medical care, shelter) - Reconstruct infrastructure, support healthcare and basic living conditions - Ensure access to education, gender equality and protection in humanitarian crises Internationales Engagement: - Abbau von Ungleichheiten in Indien und Ostafrika - Unterstützung von Bildung, wirtschaftlicher Entwicklung, Gesundheit, Wasser, Ernährungssicherheit und sozialer Gerechtigkeit in den Zielländern Nationales Engagement: - Förderung der sozialen Integration von benachteiligten Bevölkerungsgruppen - Unterstützung von kulturellen Aktivitäten - Umwelt- und Klimaschutz, Förderung nachhaltiger Praktiken Humanitäre Hilfe: - Nothilfe leisten (Nahrungsmittel, medizinische Versorgung, Unterkünfte) - Wiederaufbau der Infrastruktur, Unterstützung der Gesundheitsversorgung und der grundlegenden Lebensbedingungen - Sicherstellung des Zugangs zu Bildung, Gleichstellung der Geschlechter und Schutz in humanitären Krisen
Funding Policy

The funding policy at the Linsi foundation is conditioned with the Foundation’s mission and aims. - Focus area: o Internationally: India, Uganda, Mozambique, Madagascar with projects focused on education, health and social justice o Nationally: priority is the region of the foundation (upper right shore of Lake Zurich, Zurich Oberland) and region Lumnezia with projects focused on social integration, culture, environment and climate protection o Humanitarian aid: people affected by war, disasters and pandemics The projects must align with at least one of the Linsi Foundation's focus topics and be sustainable. There is no support for individuals, political parties propaganda or religious groups. The funding emphasis is on strategic, sustainable and place-based interventions that enable communities and partners to achieve long-term positive change. Die Förderpolitik der Linsi Foundation ist an den Auftrag und die Ziele der Stiftung gebunden. - Schwerpunktbereiche: o International: Indien, Uganda, Mosambik, Madagaskar mit Projekten in den Bereichen Bildung, Gesundheit und soziale Gerechtigkeit o National: Schwerpunkt ist die Region der Stiftung (oberes rechtes Zürichseeufer, Zürcher Oberland) und die Region Lumnezia mit Projekten in den Bereichen soziale Integration, Kultur, Umwelt- und Klimaschutz o Humanitäre Hilfe: von Krieg, Katastrophen und Pandemien betroffene Menschen Die Projekte müssen mindestens einem der Schwerpunktthemen der Linsi Foundation entsprechen und nachhaltig sein. Focus is on addressing the root causes of inequality and promoting social justice. The Linsi Foundation's approach includes targeted investments in the areas of education, health, environmental and climate protection, culture and social justice. All in collaboration with local partners and stakeholders to achieve a long-term and sustainable impact. Die Linsi Foundation ist um die Förderung einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung und die Beseitigung lokaler Ungerechtigkeiten in Indien und Ostafrika bemüht. Ihr Wertesystem stellt Gleichheit und Inklusion in den Vordergrund. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Bekämpfung der Ursachen von Ungleichheit und der Förderung sozialer Gerechtigkeit. Der Ansatz der Linsi Foundation umfasst gezielte Investitionen in den Bereichen Bildung, Gesundheit, Umwelt- und Klimaschutz, Kultur und soziale Gerechtigkeit.
