La bourse peut être un complément à une bourse cantonale (ou communale). Elle peut aussi la remplacer si l’octroi d’une bourse cantonale n’est pas possible. La fondation s’adresse à toutes les personnes domiciliées dans le canton du Jura sans distinction de religion et de nationalité.
