YTT is guided by a rights-based, inclusive, and participatory approach. We believe in equity, non-discrimination, and locally driven solutions. Our work is rooted in empathy, partnership, and long-term social impact, prioritizing the empowerment of those most often excluded from decision-making and opportunity.

To achieve our goals, YTT implements: Participatory educational programs in formal and non-formal settings Psychosocial support and mental health interventions for children and youth Teacher and community worker training in inclusive and trauma-informed methodologies Community-based peacebuilding through theatre, dialogue, and cultural practice Monitoring, evaluation, and adaptive learning systems for continuous improvement

Financing
YTT is financed through a diversified portfolio of grants from private foundations, international cooperation agencies, public institutions, and academic partners. We also benefit from in-kind contributions, pro bono expertise, and collaborative program co-funding with local organizations.
