We successfully trained a total of 182 teachers, who received professional YTT Gender-Equality Expert Certificates from Roma Tre University, across 28 schools, impacting 56,843 schoolchildren directly. The program involved establishing 28 gender-equality clubs in schools, conducting extensive teacher trainings, and engaging with 32,883 community members through various outreach activities that fostered dialogue around gender issues, enhancing the program's overall reach and acceptance within communities. Also professional-development sessions included practical skill development, such as monthly online ICT (digital) teacher-training, which subsequently enriched teachers' professional advancement. The overwhelming positive feedback signifies the effectiveness of the program.
