  1. Funding Policy

The OR Foundation sponsors research projects and studies in the field of implant dentistry. The insights gleaned from these studies are implemented in new treatment concepts and in the development of processes and products for the benefit of patients. It awards grants to young as well as experienced scientists and/or clinicians. Interdisciplinary and international projects are actively encouraged.

Applications receive preferential treatment if they are linked to the following topics:

    • Diagnostics and planning in implant dentistry
    • Hard- and soft-tissue management in implant dentistry
    • Sustainability in implant-supported prosthetics
    • Physiological and pathophysiological aspects of implant dentistry
    • Advances in digital procedures in implant dentistry

The foundation further awards a research prize for papers and studies.
