    To meet the needs of Internally Displaced Persons in Ukraine, in particular the provision of temporary and permanent housing, food, clothing, essential goods, childcare, psychological and health support, education and employment services, building and outfitting physical and psychological rehabilitation centers for the disabled and victims of war, as well as offering goods and services necessary for or related to the aforementioned purposes.
